Initial Consultation Call
A focused 2-hour session where we explain the full QCTO process, assess your current readiness, and map out the qualifications you want to offer. You leave with a clear action plan, no jargon.
Document Preparation & Application Submission
We prepare your desktop documentation package: Business Plan, Workplace MoU, Learning Matrix (Form 4), and submit your formal QCTO application. We follow up directly with the QCTO on your behalf.
Learning Material Development
If you don't have QCTO-compliant learning material, we develop it per qualification, including Learner Guides, Facilitator Guides, assessments (formative and summative), Practical Modules, and a FISA Document.
Pre-Site Visit Preparation
We compile your complete pre-site file: all required forms, checklists, policies (7 documents including Refund, Assessment, OHS), organogram, POPI Act compliance, and Attendance Registers, everything a QCTO evaluator will want to see.
QCTO Site Visit (Optional Support)
When the QCTO conducts their on-site evaluation, you can have a Fourzero consultant present to guide the process in real time. This optional service significantly improves first-visit success rates.
Accreditation Awarded
With thorough preparation and expert support, your training provider receives QCTO accreditation, enabling you to legally deliver and certify learners on your qualifications.
